WHAT IS RESTYLANE

What is Restylane? Restylane is a filler injectable that has advantages over other injections existing on the market. It is biodegradable, crystal clear gel that is based on a natural substance, hyaluronic acid – an acid that is formed naturally in our body. This acid provides volume and fullness to the skin; it is a clear substance that is injected directly beneath the skin's surface and typically is used in patients between the ages of 35 and 60. Restylane has very few side effects, since it is derived from naturally occurring substances and does not contain any animal byproducts. Allergic reactions are therefore eliminated and so there’s no need for extensive pretesting prior to a restylane injection in Toronto.

Restylane can treat a variety of facial aging signs including deep wrinkles – such as the nasolabial folds, furrows and worry lines across the forehead, and crow’s feet that develop around the eyes.
